Serves: 1-2 Smoothie bowls
FOR THE TOPPINGS
1/4 to 1/3 cup granola or muesli cereal
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut (shavings, as in the photograph, or grated)
2 tbsp roasted macadamia nuts
Your choice of fruits (e.g.: Nature's Touch frozen cherries, cut in two)
Create a “Fruit Soup” for your little ones by using the rest of your smoothie and adding 1/4 cup juice of your choice, 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix for another minute. The result will be very liquid, smooth and slightly frothy. Pour into a bowl and fill with bite-sized fresh or frozen fruits!
